Aaaaaand we’re back! Our summer vacation may be ending soon but the summer temperatures are back again. What more to ease the hot weather than another spritz!

No & Low has been a trend lately and of course we are all up for it! We’re lucky to receive some Jarritos and rather than just having it as a soda, we decided to mix it up a bit into a Low alcohol cocktail that is perfect for summer.

Summer Spritz

Oh yes! Summer definitely arrived in Denmark! The scorching hot weather lately made me think of a danish treat that not only cools me down but reminds me of danish summer.

I ventured to our garden and was welcomed with this red summery fruit and it hit me like that sunshine burning through, STRAWBERRY & MILK! 🍓🥛

Infusing sweet danish strawberries with Aperol and making my homemade milk liquer, and voila SUMMER SPRITZ! Of course with some spritz.

It's Tour De France Fever!
Inspired by the Pine trees in the forest of Vejle, we decided to come up with a cocktail that has Vejle roots (literally!)
Presenting: TOUR DE VEJLE.
Made with Gin, Homemade Pine Syrup from the forest in Vejle and just a touch of citrus and rosemary.

Only 50 kr per serving. Available only for this weekend.

For people living in the Skibet area, we would be having a tasting for this cocktail and other cocktail available for purchase outside our cocktail lab on Saturday & Sunday at 13.00 onwards. For more info, please drop us a message or comment below.

Summer is here! And what great way to enjoy the sun is to lie down and have a cocktail in your hand.
Luckily, you don't have to go to a bar to have a proper cocktail. Say goodbye to those awful bottled cocktails in the supermarket and hello to our Summer Cocktails at Home!
Presenting our first 2 cocktails:
Summer Spritz- Strawberry Aperol with homemade Milk Liqueur. A staple in Danish summer, strawberries and milk with an added twist.
Pina Colada- voted Best Pina Colada in Vejle by my previous customers who tried it. Authentic and made without Malibu rum, so you can say goodbye to those horrible after taste and hangover and hello to yummy coconut & pineapple goodness that is perfect for summer!

For only 60 kr per serving or 200 kr for 4, our cocktails are available for pick up at our cocktail lab, AM Bar Consult. We also offer delivery for minimum 400 kr purchase in Skibet area.
