CoNet's 3rd edition happened last night at Spinderihallerne - and it was amazing. 🤝

So many new faces joined us!
While we wait for the professional pictures from our amazing volunteer photographer, Simeon, here's a reel where our four founders each share a line about what CoNet actually is to them: a place for professionals who are looking to network but are tired of stiff, formal job fairs.
A place where everyone is welcome, and where you can genuinely meet new people - not just exchange business cards.

Thank you to everyone who came, talked, listened, and made the evening what it was. This is exactly why we keep doing this.

During our Mentorship Circle, mentors will be there to share stories, experiences and perspectives. This is a group conversation, so you’re part of the equation too.

+ Bring your questions, thoughts or doubts

+ Come with a topic or direction you’d like to explore

+ Bring anything you’d like feedback on: a project, CV, article, idea, or challenge you’re working through

Each group will have have 45–50 minutes with a mentor.

Come prepared to make the conversation flow!

📣 Open Call for Mentors!

We're starting Mentorship Circles — a new format to highlight the unique wisdom brewing in our commUNITY. A space for mentors to share their technique and knowledge, and for our commUNITY to step into new experiences together.

So, what is circular mentorship? It's a collaborative, group learning format where a small team of peers meets to share knowledge, offer mutual support, and guide each other's growth. No expert-on-a-pedestal, no one-on-one hierarchy — just the recognition that knowledge lives in all of us, and grows when we share it.

Here's what we're looking for in a facilitator:

✅ Real experience in your field, or deep knowledge of a topic
✅ Comfort guiding a small group conversation (think dialogue, not presentation)
✅ A theme you're genuinely excited to explore with others
✅ Alignment with the relaxed, peer-to-peer spirit of our events
✅ Ability to join us in person (usually in the Vejle area)

You'd facilitate a circle of up to 10 people for 30–40 minutes — diving into a skill, a lesson, an industry insight, or a question worth exploring together.

Honestly, reading them made us smile.

CoNet was never meant to be “just networking”. It was about inclusivity, integration, and creating a real space of listening.
A space where people feel safe to share who they are, what they care about, and why they chose to be here.

Seeing people connect beyond job titles, support each other, and genuinely listen… that’s what matters. That’s the vibe we hoped for.
And it feels like we’re on the right path ✨
