Grand Bay Ville Housing Development | August 2026

Progress continues across the Grand Bay Ville Housing Development, with works advancing across residential units and community facilities.

Current works include:
- Installation of kitchen cupboards, countertops, windows, architraves & PVC skirting
- Painting of railings, pergolas and perimeter walkways
- Electrical, plumbing and stormwater management works
- Installation of emergency alarms, electrical panels and security cameras
- Waterproofing, wall rendering and architectural detailing
- Septic tank and soak-away works
- Installation of sanitary fixtures, including face basins and urinals
General cleaning, sanitation and housekeeping

Each detail brings the development one step closer to completion.
