Team update!
Yesterday we gave Christianna Paul, our Evaluations and Partnerships Manager, a good send-off as she is heading to Scotland to study for her Master's degree. 🥹🤩
Christianna spent more than 2 years with Island Impact, working directly with more than a dozen NGOs, co-designing and delivering the first NGO Accelerator Programme and hitting a whole series of professional development milestones. Now she has won the prestigious Chevening scholarship to do a Master's degree in Project Management and Innovation at Strathclyde University, Glasgow.
While Christianna will be sorely missed (😭), Island Impact and all its clients are incredibly proud of and excited for her. We're looking forward to seeing what she gets up to next!

Module 5 of the was a two-part dip into Digital Tools - for Communication and Finance. From creating content that truly connects to setting up financial systems that save time and stress, this module was about making NGO work smarter and more impactful. 📊
Session Highlights:
✅ Good accounting is much easier if you have intuitive online tools like Zoho books, Quickbooks or Zipbooks.
✅ Instead of trying to post all the time on all the social media platforms, choose your goals, audiences and channels with purpose.
✅ Break down tasks and delegate, no person was meant to be a whole communications department.
