Uploading your invoice at the correct stage helps keep your packages moving smoothly through the shipping process.

You can upload your invoice when your package reaches the warehouse and shows “Order Received,” when you receive the “Shipped” notification, or when your dashboard specifically shows “Upload Invoice.”

📩 Once uploaded, contact our office by call, WhatsApp, or email to let us know your invoice has been submitted.
