Navigating the Telecommunications Industry: Insights & Skills for Future Professionals
What an extraordinary journey it was to return to the halls of جامعة 8ماي1945قالمة , and discover the new National Telecommunications Institute of Guelma, a place that holds so many memories from my own student days! Revisiting it, 09 years after my graduation, filled me with a sense of nostalgia and gratitude for the foundation this institution provided me.
Being back on familiar ground, surrounded by dear professors and familiar faces, stirred up a wave of emotions. It was a poignant reminder of the transformative power of education and the profound impact that mentors and educators have on our lives.
As I stood before the eager minds of today, sharing insights into the ever-evolving realm of telecommunications, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of pride in how far we've all come. I was happy to see the next generation of telecom professionals poised to take on Algeria, Africa and the World with their enthusiasm and determination, which was incredibly inspiring.
Amidst the discussions on global institutions (such the ITU and 3GPP), spectrum regulators, MNOs, OEMs and Telco Software-based Solutions providers and the industry collaborations overall, I couldn't help but reflect on my own journey and how this very institution played a pivotal role in shaping my career path. It was a full-circle moment that filled me with immense gratitude and humility.
As I bid farewell to the place that will always hold a special corner of my heart, I carry with me the memories of this reunion and the excitement of what lies ahead for each of you.
