🔴 في إطار سعيها المتواصل إلى تحسين مناخ الاستثمار وتعزيز مبادئ الشفافية والثقة وترسيخ ثقافة النزاهة والمساءلة، تعلن الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار عن إتاحة فضاء جديد للتبليغ عن المخالفات.
⬅️ تهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تمكين جميع المتدخلين (موظفين ومستثمرين وحاملي مشاريع...) من التبليغ، في كنف السّرية التامة، عن أي سلوكيات غير قانونية أو ممارسات غير سوية أو مساومات أو تجاوزات قد تحدث عند إتمام الإجراءات الخاصة بتجسيد المشاريع الاستثمارية.

🔴 As part of its ongoing efforts to improve the investment climate, strengthen the principles of transparency and trust, and promote the culture of integrity and accountability, the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency announces the launch of a new platform for reporting violations.
✅ This initiative aims to enable all stakeholders (employees, investors, project holders, etc.) to confidentially report any illegal behavior, inappropriate practices, attempts of bribery, or misconduct that might occur during the procedures related to the implementation of investment projects.

🔴 Dans le cadre de ses efforts continus visant à améliorer le climat de l’investissement, à renforcer les principes de transparence et de confiance, ainsi qu’à promouvoir une culture d’intégrité et de responsabilité, l’Agence Algérienne de Promotion de l’Investissement annonce la mise en place d’un nouvel espace dédié au signalement des infractions.
✅ Cette initiative a pour objectif de permettre à l’ensemble des parties prenantes (employés, investisseurs, porteurs de projets, etc.) de signaler, en toute confidentialité, tout comportement illégal, pratique inappropriée, tentative de corruption ou dépassement pouvant survenir lors de la réalisation des procédures liées à la concrétisation des projets d’investissement.

🔴 إعلان خاص لحاملي المشاريع المهيكلة في مختلف المجالات

✅ رغبة منها في استقطاب مشاريع مهيكلة في مختلف قطاعات النشاط الصناعي وبهدف إحداث حركية اقتصادية، تضع الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار أوعية عقارية كبرى تصل إلى غاية 100 هكتار موصولة بمختلف الشبكات، على مستوى المنطقة الصناعية "العريشة"، بولاية تلمسان، حيث تجدون أسفله مخطط التجزئة.

🔴 As part of its efforts to attract large-scale structuring projects across various industrial sectors and to create economic momentum, the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency is offering wide land parcels of up to 100 hectares, fully connected to essential networks, in the industrial area of "El Aricha" located in the province of Tlemcen as shiwn in the subdivision plan below.

✅ In order to display these plots with relevant activities on the Investor's digital platform, the Agency invites investors and holders of large-scale structuring projects interested in investing in this area to express their intentions by completing the form available at the following link: https://aapi.dz/en/fiche-de-projet-en/. Investors must specify the final product they intend to manufacture and the land area required for their project.
