Dear Client,
We regret to inform you that Swiss Bankers Prepaid Services AG has decided to discontinue servicing a number of countries that it considers to be high risk. Unfortunately, the country of your residence is included in this list.
As part of this process, Swiss Bankers will block your card(s) starting in March 2026. Card balances exceeding CHF 50 will be returned to your Dukascopy Multi-Currency Account, and a fee of CHF 20 will be charged by Swiss Bankers. Balances below CHF 50 will be returned with no additional fee. To avoid the CHF 20 fee, we kindly ask that you ensure your card balance is below CHF 50 by March 2026.
Please note that this decision has been made solely by Swiss Bankers and is outside the control of Dukascopy Bank.
We fully understand the frustration and inconvenience this situation may cause, and we sincerely regret any impact it may have on you.
We would like to reassure you that your account with Dukascopy Bank remains fully operational, and all other services provided by the Bank continue without any changes.
We are actively exploring ways to expand the geographic coverage of our card offerings. You can view the card programs currently available to you by logging into your personal client area and navigating to the Order Card section.
