بطلٌ واحد: الشعب.
في هذا اليوم المجيد، يوم عيد استقلال الجزائر، نقف وقفة إجلالٍ وخشوع أمام الذاكرة الخالدة لشهدائنا الأبرار، الذين ضحّوا بأرواحهم الطاهرة من أجل أن تحيا الجزائر حرّة، سيّدة، مستقلة وكريمة.
كما نترحّم بإجلال على مجاهدينا ومجاهداتنا، رجالاً ونساءً، الذين حملوا أمانة التحرير بكل شجاعة وإيمان وصبر، وكتبوا بدمائهم وتضحياتهم أعظم صفحات المجد والكرامة.
إن الخامس من جويلية ليس مجرد تاريخ في سجل الوطن، بل هو رمز أبدي للتضحية والوحدة والعزة والانتماء. هو تذكير دائم بأن الحرية لم تُمنح، بل انتُزعت بدماء الشهداء، وبصمود المجاهدين، وبإرادة شعبٍ آمن بأن الجزائر تستحق الحياة.
واليوم، تقع علينا مسؤولية الحفاظ على هذا الإرث العظيم، وخدمة وطننا بكل إخلاص ومسؤولية، والمساهمة كلٌّ من موقعه في بناء جزائر قوية، مزدهرة، شامخة ومحترمة بين الأمم.
المجد والخلود لشهدائنا الأبرار.
كل الوفاء والعرفان لمجاهدينا ومجاهداتنا.

One hero: the people.
On this glorious day, Algeria’s Independence Day, we bow with deep respect and gratitude to the eternal memory of our noble martyrs, the Chouhada, who sacrificed their lives so that Algeria could live free, sovereign, independent and dignified.
We also pay tribute to our Moudjahidines, men and women of courage, who carried the struggle for freedom with faith, patience and determination, writing with their sacrifices some of the greatest pages of our nation’s history.
The 5th of July is not merely a date in history. It is an eternal symbol of sacrifice, unity, dignity and belonging. It reminds us that freedom was never given; it was won through the blood of our martyrs, the resilience of our fighters and the will of a people who believed that Algeria deserved to live.
Today, it is our duty to preserve this noble legacy, to serve our country with loyalty, responsibility and dedication, and to contribute, each in our own way, to building a strong, prosperous and respected Algeria.
