EduTech-DZ été créée pour développer une communauté spécifiques dont les membres sont intéressés par l'innovation et la culture de STEM. STEM est l’acronyme de science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Ces quatre symboles représentent les différents domaines de l’éducation STEM. L’éducation STEM est une approche interdisciplinaire qui renforce la pensée critique et les pratiques d’explor

ation couramment utilisées dans les classes de sciences, de technologie, d’ingénierie et de mathématiques. Plutôt que d’enseigner les quatre disciplines en tant que matières distinctes, STEM les intègre dans un paradigme d’apprentissage cohérent basé sur des applications du monde réel. L’éducation STEM n’est pas nouvelle, c’est simplement un moyen de comprendre et d’appliquer une forme intégrée d’apprentissage qui ressemble à la vie réelle. Au lieu d’enseigner les mathématiques séparément des sciences, on peut les enseigner ensemble d’une manière qui montre comment les connaissances acquises dans ces deux domaines se complètent et se soutiennent mutuellement.
