PatioSEO Seeks Detail-Oriented Office Assistant to Join Our Team IN GUALACEO!
You need to be PROFICIENT IN SPEAKING/WRITING/READING IN ENGLISH.
You will be serving our clients all over the United States.
In this role, you will:
Create precise cost estimates and financial documents.
Client communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Scheduling appointments for consultations, site visits, and installations.
Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering.
Administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Cultivating positive client relationships.
Following up with clients after project completion.
Updating social media profiles.
Documenting issues and resolving them with the team
Staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
To be successful, you should possess:
Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
Customer service focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
Detail-oriented: Ability to work meticulously and ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
