Looking for position of Crew Operator in Tallinn office.
In this role you will be responsible for the recruitment, engagement and operational management of the Deck and Engine crew in accordance with the Company procedures.
As a Crew Operator your primary function is to ensure effective day to day crew recruitment and operation based on quality for each individual vessel and seafarer.
The Crew Operator will take responsibility for the following:
• Recruitment, selection and engagement of officers and rating positions
• Planning and arranging crew changes, visa and documentation handling
• Managing database
• Supporting Crew Manager with various operational requests

Desirable skills / experience are as follows:
• Minimum Diploma Holder in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the maritime industry
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Estonian, English and Russian
• Proactive, take initiative and well organized
• Abilities to multi-task, work independently in a stressful environment
