Our personnel has a strong history in the creation and ex*****on of sponsored projects under the Erasmus + KA2 framework as well as in the areas of entrepreneurship, leadership, and the application of coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and soft skills to many sectors Our staff has built up a network of trustworthy international partners over the years, and this encourages us to offer opportunities for people in Estonia and other European nations to learn new things and advance their skills and qualifications through interactive projects funded by the EU, such as non-formal education projects, entrepreneurship, exchanges, training sessions, international seminars, workshops, etc. Our company combines training skills from the domains of corporate training and non-formal education. Any initiative that relates to the empowerment of young people inspires us to take part and contribute our expertise.
