The Estonian digital nomad visa is aimed at attracting people who work remotely to reside in Estonia. The first requirement to be eligible for a digital nomad visa in Estonia is that a person will be working using telecommunications and is able to work independent of location.

Previous experience is not required. Experience in international law and legal consulting will be considered as an advantage.

Estonian Parliament has approved changes in AML law and they will directly affect all current and future "crypto license" holders in Estonia. Failure to implement the changes until 1st July, 2020 might result in loosing the license.

It is no longer necessary to have a local bank account for your Estonian company. Now even share capital can be contributed via payment service provider operating within EEA.

Yesterday, on the 5th of December, The Parliament of Estonia adopted new amendments in the Estonian Commercial Code, of which the most important amendment concerns the requirements of bank account opening for a company.
