Seve is making great progress on another custom-designed villa in one of Iceland's most stunning locations.

Construction is moving ahead rapidly on this impressive 220 m² custom-designed timber-frame villa in Iceland's breathtaking Golden Circle region.

Designed by Seve's own architect according to our customer's vision, this unique home has been carefully planned to make the most of the spectacular surroundings while providing comfortable family living all year round.

The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living area, a sauna, and a garage. Thanks to the sloping terrain, the garage is located on the upper floor, providing convenient direct access to the kitchen and living area—making everyday life easier while taking full advantage of the exceptional views.

One of the villa's most striking architectural features is its impressive covered balcony that wraps around three sides of the upper floor. This creates generous outdoor living spaces and significantly extends the usable living area, allowing the homeowners to enjoy Iceland's magnificent landscape in comfort throughout the seasons.

The upper floor is dedicated to everyday living, featuring the large living room, kitchen, dining area, sauna and bathroom, all positioned to maximise the panoramic views over the nearby river and the beautiful Golden Circle landscape. The ground floor forms a private family area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Construction began on 11 June 2026, and thanks to efficient project management, precision manufacturing and our experienced construction team, Seve is on schedule to deliver the completed home by the end of October 2026.

At Seve, we work hard every day to deliver high-quality homes to our customers.
The building shown in these pictures — a 10-apartment project in the Faroe Islands — was completed and delivered just last week.

From start to finish, the entire project was completed in only 7 months, including the Christmas holidays.

If you are planning to build an apartment building, row house, private home, or cottage in Iceland, the Faroe Islands, or Norway, and are looking for a reliable construction partner and house factory to deliver your project — we would be happy to talk.

Dear Seve friends!

We’re excited to share that our work goes beyond houses and cottages ✨

Right now, we’re putting the finishing touches on a 10-apartment building in the Faroe Islands — a project that truly showcases what timberframe construction can achieve.

Construction started in October 2025, and today the building is nearly complete. Even more exciting — the first happy homeowners have already moved in, bringing the building to life 🏡

At the same time, our team has already begun work on its sister building with 12 apartments just across the road, continuing the development of this beautiful area.
