Six homes built from the same design — and each one made for its own client. 🏡

Here is the sixth house of this type that Seve has manufactured and erected for clients. Located near Reykjavík, this 130 m², three-bedroom home combines dark timber cladding, generous windows and a clean, low roofline.

Construction began in mid-August. The exterior is now complete, painting is under way inside, and our clients expect to move in before the end of this year.

Eight apartments taking shape in Tórshavn! 🏗️

We’re pleased to share the first photos of an eight-apartment building we are constructing for a client in the Faroe Islands.

On-site er****on of the timber-frame elements began on 3 September. Less than a month later, the building can already be heated, and preparations for plasterboard work are under way inside the apartments. We hope to hand over the first apartments to our client before the end of this year.

The two-storey building provides 640 m² of living space across eight apartments. Its colourful façade and balconies are already visible in the photos.

Seve manufactures and erects prefabricated timber-frame buildings for clients. We work in Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Denmark and Norway, and are now booking the last available deliveries for Q1 2027 on-site er****on.

🏡 APARTMENT BUILDING VESTMANNA 302 IS TAKING SHAPE IN TÓRSHAVN!

We are happy to share photos from the construction of yet another apartment building for a customer in Tórshavn. This time, we are building one of Seve’s own standard apartment-building models—Vestmanna 302.

Named after the Faroese village of Vestmanna, the Vestmanna 302 is a cost-efficient two-storey building containing four identical apartments, each approximately 75 m².

The building was erected in June 2026 and will be completed by Seve on a key-ready basis in November 2026.

Each apartment features:

▪️ A bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and living room
▪️ A well-proportioned bathroom
▪️ A separate utility, laundry and storage room

The Pearl series was created especially to celebrate Seve’s 30th Jubilee. This beautiful house is based on our popular Pearl 90 model and was modified to suit the customer’s individual needs and the location of the building plot.

The house features:

Seve is making great progress on another custom-designed villa in one of Iceland's most stunning locations.

Construction is moving ahead rapidly on this impressive 220 m² custom-designed timber-frame villa in Iceland's breathtaking Golden Circle region.

Designed by Seve's own architect according to our customer's vision, this unique home has been carefully planned to make the most of the spectacular surroundings while providing comfortable family living all year round.

The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living area, a sauna, and a garage. Thanks to the sloping terrain, the garage is located on the upper floor, providing convenient direct access to the kitchen and living area—making everyday life easier while taking full advantage of the exceptional views.

One of the villa's most striking architectural features is its impressive covered balcony that wraps around three sides of the upper floor. This creates generous outdoor living spaces and significantly extends the usable living area, allowing the homeowners to enjoy Iceland's magnificent landscape in comfort throughout the seasons.

The upper floor is dedicated to everyday living, featuring the large living room, kitchen, dining area, sauna and bathroom, all positioned to maximise the panoramic views over the nearby river and the beautiful Golden Circle landscape.
