What happens when a school leader steps into a tech company?
We gain sharper insight into how we onboard, mentor, and develop people by seeing our everyday leadership practices through a different lens.
Our participation in the Education Leaders Internship Programme (Haridusjuhtide praktikaprogramm) has come to an end. Over ten weeks, Annela Tammiste, Principal of Järva‑Jaani School, worked alongside the Proekspert HR team and took part in our day-to-day leadership and people practices, together with Kadri Daljajev, our Chief People and Culture Officer, and Ilmar Pralla, COO of Proekspert, who also served as a mentor during the program.
Annela is now back at school with the other 15 education leaders in the program, testing and adapting what they learned in their own organizations.
“I will carry this learning into my work by supporting employee well-being, onboarding, and clearer, documented work processes,” said Annela.
For us, being challenged on our assumptions helped sharpen what matters most at Proekspert.
