It's time to introduce our new member of the collaboration center at Force, this is Katrin Vilimaa-Otsing


Katrin has been in marketing for over a decade both in media and creative agencies. During that time, she has acquired a ton of experience with clients in different industries and countries.


Katrin is especially skilled in data-driven/strategical marketing and PPC campaign management. Her studies in computer science and economics is an excellent background for combining digital marketing tools to help companies achieve their business goals. She runs a boutique digital agency Turunduskoolitus and is offering services ranging from consultation to digital strategy, planning, and ex*****on.


Marketing and entrepreneurship is her passion, so she is always looking for ways to improve her skills. Katrin has successfully completed many training programs and has a number of certificates from Google, HubSpot, Hootsuite etc.


A fun fact: Katrin is planning to visit every single country in the world at least once. Currently at 33 😉

It's time to introduce another member of the Collab Centre , this is Annika.

Annika is one of the partners at Force. She has over 13 years of experience in the visual communications field while working in the leading advertising agencies of Estonia. She has designed packages, webs and identities for Estonian leading companies in their field as well for clients from USA, Dubai and Australia among many others.

Annika is particularly good at adapting to the client’s style in the visual language and creating photo realistic environments which help to tell the brands story and spark emotions among the audience.


She is also a lecturer at the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.

At Force, she is responsible for leading our design and creative department.

One interesting thing, which most don’t know about Annika, is that she is a left-handed person who writes with her right hand.

It's time to introduce our member of the collaboration center , this is Rainer Kramm.

Rainer is the founder of Force. He has over 20 years of experience in the creative fields (from event production and promotion to identity development and marketing) with clients from Estonia, USA, Dubai, Australia, Bulgaria and many more.

He started as an event promoter and producer which he grew into his own advertising agency. He understands every step of the creative process from visualization to strategy.

Since 2017 he has focused on researching the fundamentals of human nature and behavior - what drives us to do what we do - in order to increase the impact value of design for businesses.

Rainer is particularly good at seeing the bigger picture and combine versatile and seemingly conflicting components to achieve unrealized value, while making sure that everything is according to the strategy. He loves systematic and organized work with clients, partners, and employees. He never misses a deadline nor a bad kerning.

At Force, he is responsible for strategy and operations.

An interesting thing, which most don’t know about Rainer, is that he used to be a ballroom dancer.

Hi! My name is Jenny. I'm a social media and video marketing creative strategist and founder of .vivid.studio.

VIVID Studio specializes in YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn marketing.

We help businesses attract their ideal clients, increase website traffic and improve their brand's image online.

I graduated from the Department of Advertising and Media at Tallinn University in 2016 and for the past 5 years have been working in the field of digital marketing.

When I’m not busy preparing and leading marketing campaigns, I love to dance and take long hikes with my dog, Jack🐕.

A fact that many people may not know about me is that I have been practicing broadway jazz and classical dance since the age of 3.💃.
