The goal is not just to cover the product. It is to follow it.
When the geometry and installation conditions allow it, heat-shrink film can be guided into recessed or concave areas instead of simply stretching across them.
This project in France from last month is a good example. By making the film follow the structure more closely, we reduced unsupported areas, limited unnecessary movement and kept better access to the recessed sections.
Pro tip: if the cover creates hidden gaps or unsupported areas underneath, we recommend marking them clearly to help prevent accidents.
Good packaging should adapt to the structure whenever the conditions allow it.
