You'll work on projects that help our economies stay strong and support public institutions in navigating European policy environments. This includes analyzing data then turning it into clear recommendations for action.

A master's degree with analytical experience is required, strong Excel skills and the ability to work in Tallinn or Tartu minimum 3 days a week.
Experience with STATA, R is a plus.

🇪🇺🇺🇦 These funding opportunities are available to both EU and Ukrainian companies.

Below, you’ll find a comprehensive overview of the available instruments within the European Defense Industry Programme, with funding ranging from €2 million to €30 million per project under Industrial Reinforcement Action calls, IRA. The key application deadlines are already set for October 2026 and February 2027. Consortiums with Ukrainian companies can cover 100% of eligible costs within the special Ukraine Support Instrument.
