Position 1: Customer Service Provider
Provide regular performance reports and customer insights to the Commercial Manager
Ensure timely and professional handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Review and evaluate customer interactions across phone, email, and chat channels
Coordinate and manage the inventory of supply chain
Reporting to Commercial Manager
Position 2: Quality Control Technician
Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
Perform dimensional checks, visual assessments, and functional tests to ensure compliance with specifications
Use calibrated instruments and testing equipment to verify product quality
Reporting to the quality control & prinitng Manager
Position 3: Production Engineer
Assist in developing and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
Coordinate with the Production Manager to adjust plans based on demand or operational issues
Reporting to production manager
Position 4: Store Keeper ุงู

Collaborate with the Procurement and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
Monitor material consumption rates and forecast future requirements based on production schedules
Identify and report potential shortages or overstock situations to avoid production disruptions
Reporting to procurment and warehouse supervisor
Position 5: Financial Accountant
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist in consolidating financial data for internal and external reporting
Support the Financial Controller in analyzing variances and trends
Reporting to finicial contoroller
Position 6: CNC Engineering
Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components for our production lines.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to develop and refine tooling and machining strategies.
Monitor machining processes and adjust settings for optimal efficiency and part quality.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
Keep accurate documentation of machine settings, tool changes, and production logs
Position 7: HR Supervisor
Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, CV screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
Assist in performance appraisal and disciplinary procedures.
Participate in HR audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
