Capital Link Developments is expanding and looking to hire a Real-Estate Experienced "Chief Accountant":

- Managing the Accounting Team.
- Handling full spectrum of financial and accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
- Preparing regular financial reports.
- Developing the existing accounting procedures.

- Experience: 9+ years in Real Estate Developers.
- Professionally Advanced level in Excel.
- Visual Basic is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Accounting systems.
- Excellent in Financial Analysis.
- Communication and Leadership skills.

Job Description:
1- Study design briefs and determine requirements
2- Advise clients on strategies to engage target audiences
3- Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate clients' vision while complying with design best practices.
4- Create designs using illustration, photo editing, and layout software
5- Select colors, images, typography, and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and social media posts
6- Produce drafts for client review and make revisions based on feedback received
7- Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing, sales, and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project
8- Review designs for errors before they are printed or published
9- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Job Specification:
1- Bachelor’s degree in any suitable field.
2- At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
3- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
4- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
5- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
6- 10th of Ramadan city or nearby areas residents are preferred.
