Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist โ Wood & Metal Furniture Industry
General Star is seeking a talented Supply Chain Specialist with solid experience in wood and metal furniture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, logistics, and supplier management, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of materials from sourcing to final delivery.

๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
Identifying, sourcing, and evaluating local and international suppliers for wood, metal, hardware, and accessories.
Conducting price analysis and negotiating cost-effective contracts while maintaining quality standards.
Managing the full supply chain cycle from purchase orders to delivery.
Following up on production schedules with suppliers and ensuring materials meet required specifications.
Monitoring shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring smooth customs clearance.
Maintaining accurate inventory levels and forecasting material needs based on production plans.
Collaborating with production and design teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Handling documentation, reports, and ERP system updates related to procurement and logistics.
Continuously improving procurement processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the wood and metal furniture industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Good understanding of shipping terms, logistics operations, and customs procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems is a plus.
