Job Description:
Manage and develop the tuna product category by analyzing market performance and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share. The role includes overseeing product planning, pricing, promotions, and supplier relationship management, while ensuring the achievement of profitability and growth targets in line with the company’s strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
-Category Growth: Manage and develop the tuna product category by analyzing market performance and consumer trends.
-Strategic Marketing: Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
-Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee product planning, competitive pricing, and high-impact promotions.
-Supplier Relations: Manage and strengthen relationships with global and local suppliers to ensure optimal product assortment.
-Profitability: Deliver on growth targets and profitability margins in alignment with the company’s long-term business strategy.
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Category Manager specifically within the FMCG sector.
-Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, strategic planning, and professional project management skills.
-Language: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
-Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
-Digital Proficiency: Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and modern market research methodologies.
