Job Opportunity at a Leading Technical Services & Support Company in Saudi Arabia (Al Khobar)
📡 Project Manager – Telecom & Network Upgrade Projects
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of telecom tower upgrade projects—from initial survey to testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Lead and oversee civil works, foundation construction, tower erection/strengthening, and telecom equipment installation.
Manage high-volume, multi-site operations and deploy field teams simultaneously across regions in KSA.
Control project budgets, optimize resources (manpower, riggers, cranes), oversee subcontractors, and secure site access/permits.
Maintain strict compliance with HSE, QA/QC, TAWAL/client technical specifications, and local Saudi regulations.
Drive client coordination, technical problem-solving, schedule recovery, and progress reporting.
📋 Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 8–10 years in telecom infrastructure projects (tower rollout, network upgrades, modernization).
Preferred Experience: Direct experience with TAWAL or major Saudi operators (STC, Mobily, Zain).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6, Advanced Excel, and excellent English communication skills.
Certifications: PMP certification is a strong advantage.
