I am interested about uplifting businesses culture by boosting their infrastructure with effective and efficient systematic solutions based on HR strategic approach mixed with the modern marketing outlines. I believe that businesses in different sectors built on people as a great resource ، Therefore enhancing people performance is a priority to be able to manage the other resources in a proper way to growth and lead. Having 17 years of experience in multinational companies enable me to deal with diversity of people and resources as well as structuring clear and simple systematic processes. I am concerned with :

1st
Treat the distortion happened for the human resources employee's real role directly by adjust the HR employees mindset and the great role behind their performance and attitude with people arounds , or /and indirectly by change businesses owners approach in managing their human resources and their unsuitable practices on their employees.

2nd
Assist the employee who don't have the competence or/and opportunity to be business entrepreneurial being happy with working in a healthy environment deal with him as a talent not a machine

Improving both issues will provide a healthy work environment and help to uplift business's culture which lead to the well-being for employees , businesses and the community they are belonging to .
