Treat the distortion happened for the human resources employee's real role directly by adjust the HR employees mindset and the great role behind their performance and attitude with people arounds , or /and indirectly by change businesses owners approach in managing their human resources and their unsuitable practices on their employees.

Assist the employee who don't have the competence or/and opportunity to be business entrepreneurial being happy with working in a healthy environment deal with him as a talent not a machine
