Business Developer – BTL Marketing

Responsibilities:
This is a full-time role for a Business Developer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the agency’s growth by developing tailored BTL solutions, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful activations and campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the BTL marketing field).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify new leads and convert opportunities into successful partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of Arabic and English languages.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Relevant experience in the BTL and marketing field as a business developer.
