Job Duties:
- Greeting and hosting patients and prospects
- Take reservations both over the phone and in person
- Keeping track of inbound patients' data and their requested tests
- Provide patients with information about lab service packages and offers
- Answer all client’s questions regarding the offered services as well as the test results
- Maintaining financial records and collecting service fees

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent customer service skills
