MFP designed and installation the LLIW (Live Line Insulator Washing) systems to meet system equipment requirements up to 500KV switchyard by arranging the spray rings in washing zones to enable economic pump-set and pipe work sizing and to minimize the possibility of a flashover due to water overspray. It provides identification of a particular area in which insulators are washed together by using automatically control valves.
