Overview: Tanis is looking for motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Agents to join our team on a night shift. If you have excellent communication skills, are comfortable working remotely, and have a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our exclusive travel programs.
Engage potential clients with compelling offers and information about our travel packages.
Persuade customers to schedule appointments for further discussions or consultations with our travel advisors.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for appointments set.
Accurately update and maintain customer databases and call records.
Follow up with leads and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed campaign goals and KPIs.
