WANTED URGENTLY TO HIRE
Position : Commercial Manager
Industry : Manufacturing [waterproofing products]

Education: B.sc degree of a relevant discipline.
+ (MBA), Major :Marketing [ highly prefered]
Experience: (+ 12) years of Experience in both Sales & Export for Building materials (is a must)
Main Objective:
As a Commercial manager, you will report directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supporting strategic trade partners and group divisions in export and local markets. You will also maximise profitability from both local & export sales through pricing strategies and trade agreements whilst developing and implementing effective business plans aligned with company overall business objectives.
You will ultimately hold responsibility for the success of your team and exceeding sales targets through coaching and mentoring and exploring/developing business growth opportunities for both local and foreign Markets.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
1. Prepare annual budget and provide monthly forecast updates to the General Manager
2. Develop estimating and pricing strategies to win both new and repeat business opportunities
3. Manage individuals and team performance covering reviews, objective/target setting and monitoring and training/development.
4. Prepare monthly commercial reports covering; costs, revenue, profit, loss, working capital, gross margin and financial performance etc.
5. Management and control of all related costs within the scope of the contracts including the management of change, risks and gross margin.
6. Preparation and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
7. Support any other duties directed by the General Manager or Board Directors in their absence
Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English (is a must)
Computer Skills: Perfect user for Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications:
1. Long Experience in managing and leading Sales & export teams
2. Must have powerful business, supervisory and managing abilities.
3. General engineering, technical or commercial qualification, graduate level or equivalent (Highly Prefered).
4. Must have exceptional communication skills
5. Ability to persuade a variety of individuals from customers to employees to executives in other businesses.
6. Must have powerfully analytical minds, since he have to process an enormous amount of information and make decisions.
