استكمالًا لمسيرتها في تعليم صناعة السينما بكافة جوانبها، تعلن جمعية النهضة العلمية والثقافية عن فتح باب التقديم لأكاديمية الجزويت للصناعة Jesuit Industry Academy، والمختصة بتدريس النقد والبرمجة السينمائية وإدارة المهرجانات وفنون وعلوم التوزيع والتسويق السينمائي.
هدف هذا البرنامج هو تلبية احتياجات صناعة السينما التي تواجه تغيرات جذرية عديدة، فالتطورات التكنولوجية السريعة، وظهور وسائل اعلام جديدة وتنافسية، ومنصات التوزيع غير التقليدية لعروض الأفلام، وتزايد الصعوبات الإدارية والتمويلية، تجعل صناعات النقد والتوزيع والتسويق والبرمجة السينمائية أكثر تعقيدا. كما يأتي ذلك لتعويض عدم وجود أكاديمية مصرية لتعليم ذلك الجزء بالغ الأهمية من الصناعة، وهو الجزء الذي يسهم في رفع الثقافة السينمائية والترويج للسينما المصرية ويساهم في دفعها للوصول إلى أقصى إمكانياتها عالميًا وإقليميًا ومحليًا.
تستهدف الأكاديمية من يبدأون سنواتهم الأولي في مجالات النقد السينمائي وبرمجة الأفلام وإدارة المهرجانات السينمائية، إضافة إلى التوزيع والتسويق السينمائي. تمتد الأكاديمية لمدة 500 ساعة تدريبية مقسمة على أربع فصول بدءا من أغسطس 2025 الى مايو 2027 وذلك في مقر جمعية النهضة - جزويت القاهرة.
التوقعات
سيزود الطلاب بنظرة تاريخية ونظرية ونقدية لثقافة الصورة والسينما المعاصرة، وسيدرس الطلبة العديد من الكورسات التي ستتناول – على سبيل المثال لا الحصر - النظريات والمفاهيم الرئيسية في التسويق، الأغراض والأشكال والصيغ المختلفة للدعاية السينمائية؛ كيف يشتري الموزعون الحقوق؛ وكيف يُوجّه الموزعون والمسوّقون الأفلام إلى جماهير ومناطق مستهدفة مُحدّدة؛ وكيف يختار الجمهور الأفلام التي يُشاهدها؛ وأيضا ممارسات برمجة الأفلام كشكل من أشكال الممارسة الفنية والثقافية وسياقاتها المختلفة.
تعتمد الأكاديمية على سلسلة من المحاضرات النظرية والندوات، ودراسات الحالة، وجلسات تحليل الأفلام، وأيضا على التدريبات العملية والتمارين والزيارات الميدانية وورش العمل المتخصصة، وفي نهاية مدة الدراسة ستقوم الطلبة بإنجاز مشاريع للتخرج بالعمل على الأفلام المنتجة من قبل معمل الجيزويت للأفلام من خلال الكتابة النقدية عنها وعمل خطط تسويقية وتوزيعية لها.
شروط التقدم:
- أن يكون لدى المتقدم خبرة في المجالات الآتية (النقد السينمائي - التوزيع - البرمجة - المهرجانات السينمائية - التسويق السينمائي) لمدة سنة على الأقل
- أن يكون مقيمًا في جمهورية مصر العربية، وأن يكون قادرا على حضور كافة الكورسات والبرامج المتعلقة بالأكاديمية في الفترة من أغسطس 2025 الى مايو 2027.
- أن تكون لديه الرغبة في بناء مسيرة مهنية متعلقة بالمجالات السابق ذكرها
- معرفة اللغة الإنجليزية شرط أساسي للالتحاق بالأكاديمية
- لا تستهدف الأكاديمية صناع الأفلام
لن تقبل أي استمارات تقدم غير مكتملة، ولا يوجد طريقة أخرى لتلقي الطلبات إلا من خلال هذه الإستمارة.

الموعد النهائي لتلقي طلبات الالتحاق هو منتصف ليل 1 أغسطس 2025 .
بعد انتهاء فترة التقديم، سيتم عمل قائمة قصيرة من المتقدمين للأكاديمية، بعدها سيتم دعوة أفراد هذه القائمة القصيرة الى مقابلة شخصية مع منظمي ومشرفي الأكاديمية لإختيار قائمة الطلاب النهائية.
About the Program
Continuing its mission to educate in all aspects of filmmaking, El Nahda Association for Scientific and Cultural Renaissance announces the opening of applications for Jesuit Industry Academy.
This specialized program offers in-depth training in film criticism, programming, festival management, and the arts and theories of film distribution and marketing.
The aim of the program is to meet the growing demands of an industry undergoing profound transformations. Rapid technological developments, the emergence of new and competitive media platforms, and the shift to non-traditional distribution channels are making the fields of film criticism, distribution, marketing, and programming increasingly complex. The Academy addresses a critical gap in Egypt’s film education landscape by providing formal training in these essential components of the industry—fields that help elevate film culture, promote Egyptian cinema, and enhance its global, regional, and local reach.
Who We Are Looking For
The Academy targets individuals in the early stages of their careers in film criticism, programming, festival management, and film distribution and marketing. The program consists of 500 training hours divided across four semesters, running from August 2025 to May 2027, and will take place at El Nahda- Jesuit Cairo headquarters.
What to Expect
Participants will gain historical, theoretical, and critical insights into contemporary cinema and visual culture. The curriculum includes—though is not limited to—courses on core marketing theories and concepts, various forms and functions of film marketing, the process by which distributors acquire film rights, how films are marketed and distributed to targeted audiences and regions, how audiences choose what to watch, and film programming as a form of artistic and cultural practice within different contexts.
The Academy’s approach blends theoretical lectures, seminars, case studies, film analysis sessions, hands-on exercises, field visits, and specialized workshops. By the end of the program, students will complete graduation projects involving films produced by the Jesuit Film Lab. These projects will include critical writings and the development of comprehensive marketing and distribution plans.
Application Requirements :
- Applicants must have at least one year of experience in one or more of the following fields: film criticism, distribution, programming, film festivals, or film marketing.
- Applicants must reside in Egypt and be available to attend all courses and activities throughout the program duration (August 2025 – May 2027).
- A strong commitment to building a professional career in the aforementioned fields.
- Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement.
