We are looking for an experienced Java developer with 3-5 years experience writing JAVA code
Responsibilities
· Write clean, scalable code using Java programming languages
· Test and deploy applications and systems
· Revise, update, refactor and debug code
· Improve existing software
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technologies or equivalent.
· 3+ years of experience in Java development.
· Strong experience with JSON, HTML, CSS , AJAX and REST needed.
· Development and deployment of various Object oriented and web - based Enterprise Applications using Java/J2EE technologies
· Working Knowledge in JSON and XML technologies such as XSL, XSLT, XPath, parsers like SAX, DOM and JAXB.
· creating and maintaining architecture for Restful API using Spring Boot.
· Any Data Modeling, Software Design Patterns and experience working in an Agile Scrum environment helpful.
· Strong experience with MS SQLs Server.
· Previous experience in middleware and integration work is preferred

Job Description
· Participate in yearly sales planning –business plan (set company’s sales financial and strategic goals, define priorities, strategies, target sectors, deadlines), involving sales teams in the planning process.
· Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services.
· Generate strategic leads and perform complete sales cycle with interested customers within defined quality and sales procedures and deadlines.
· Review, evaluate and adjust if needed sales procedures and ways to achieve better results.
· Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.

Negotiate lease and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
· Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs

· Track and analyze leads.
· Use customer and prospect contact activities tools
· Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of experience in selling software/technology solutions- CRM/ERP software is Plus.

· Ability to manage large accounts
· Ability to collect the largest available source of sales data.
· Advanced selling skills
· High interpersonal & communication skills.
· Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside sales department.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
· Knowledge in business software market locally and internationally.
