Job Title: Ushers & Sales Expert with a net salary of 13,000 EGP
Industry: To***co Sales
Job Location: Retail stores and promotional locations across North Coast, Gouna, Cairo, Alexandria, Ain Sokhna, and other key areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the brand in promotional events, activations, and booths (indoor & outdoor).
• Educate consumers, partners, and the public about product features, benefits, and brand values.
• Build awareness and create buzz around our products in a professional and engaging way.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities (retailers, distributors, etc.).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and campaign teams to align messaging and ex*****on.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
• Prepare performance reports and contribute to sales planning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• A.ge 21-30
• Additional Sales, Brand Management, or Event Marketing certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG and To***co industry dynamics is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, brand representation, or promotional marketing.
• Presentable, confident, and well-spoken, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with both individuals and crowds.
• Skilled in public representation during events, activations, and retail campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Passionate about lifestyle branding and product promotion.
• Flexible to work during campaigns and events, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel outside Cairo as needed with additional traveling allowance and accommodation.
