(٣) حاجات لازم تعرفهم عن دور ال HR في الوقت دة تزامنا مع التعديلات الخاصة بأجر الاشتراك التأميني في التأمينات الاجتماعية بداية من 1/1/2025

١- تحضير س2 مجمعة لكل المؤمن عليهم ورقيا لو العدد قليل أو إلكترونيا لو العدد كبير وإرسالها لمكتب التأمينات التابع له بعد تعديل مرتبات الموظفين ورفع مرتباتهم التأمينية بحيث لا تقل عن الحد الادني المذكور

٢- استخراج برنت تأمينات مجمع للشركة من مكتب التأمينات التابع له الشركة أو من الهيئة العامة للتأمينات ومقرها في شارع الالفي أو إلكترونيا لو الشركة بتستخدم التوكين والمقارنة بين التعيينات الجديدة والاستقالات للتأكد من إضافة التعيينات الجديدة علي السيستم وحذف الاستقالات من السيستم وعمل تسوية إن وجد

٣- دفع الربط التأميني المتبقي عن سنة ٢٠٢٤ واي مبالغ نتيجة غرامات علي الشركة لتصفية سنة ٢٠٢٤
