Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor food production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality control checks and tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate records of product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in conducting internal audits to assess food safety protocols and procedures.
:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, agriculture, vet.
- 0-1 years of experience in food safety or quality control (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
