دور وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية
• إعداد شراكات استراتيجية بين اتحاد الصناعات المصرية وكافة الأطراف المعنية لضمان أن تطبيق المبادئ الممارسات الأساسية للمسئولية المجتمعية للشركات يساهم بفعالية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة الوطنية.
• تطوير وتقديم خدمات جديدة ومبتكرة للأعضاء للمساعدة في نجاح أعمالهم ومساهمتهم في تحقيق مبادئ السلوك المسؤول للشركات وأهداف التنمية المستدامة.
• العمل كمنصة لنشر ورفع ال

وعي بالمفاهيم وأفضل الممارسات للتنمية المستدامة والمسئولية المجتمعية للشركات بين القطاع الخاص المصرى والشركاء من القطاع الحكومي والمجتمع المدني.
• إعداد والترويج لبرامج رفع قدرات المنشأت المتوسطة والصغيرة للقيام بمبادرات للمسئولية المجتمعية للشركات.
• إجراء بحوث ودراسات لتطوير الوضع المؤسسي والتنظيمي لمبادئ وممارسات السلوك المسؤول للشركات.
• الترويج لدي الجهات الحكومية المختصة للسياسات والبرامج اللازمة لوضع وخلق البيئة الداعمة لتنفيذ برامج المسئولية المجتمعية للشركات.
• إعداد ونشر تقييم لاحتياجات التنمية المستدامة التي يمكن أن تساهم فيها القطاعات الصناعية المختلفة من خلال مبادرات المسئولية المجتمعية للشركات.
• التنسيق والتخطيط لتنفيذ مبادرات مشتركة للمسئولية المجتمعية بين الشركات والجامعات والجهات الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، بما في ذلك تحديد ووضع الأهداف والأطراف المشاركة والمجموعات المستهدفة بالمبادرات والموارد اللازمة لتنفيذها.
• تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية للمختصين ببرامج المسئولية المجتمعية لدي الشركات وغيرهم من الموظفين المعنيين بذلك بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر.
• دعم تطوير مناهج التعليم الفني والتدريب الحرفي ضمن مبادرات المسئولية المجتمعية للشركات.
• تنسيق وتيسير نشر نتائج دراسات تحديد الاحتياجات التنموية للمجتمعات المحلية.

The CSR Unit is celebrating the graduation of 150 apprentices of Youth for Future project, implemented by the CSR Unit of the Federation of Egyptian Industries in partnership with the International Labour Organization and Indomie.
It has been a journey filled with learning, commitment, and collaboration. We are proud of every apprentice for their dedication and perseverance throughout the program.
Under the guidance of the CSR Unit, Indomie, and the ILO, the apprentices successfully completed three months of on-the-job training and gained valuable practical experience, along with core employability skills delivered through off-the-job training sessions.
We wish all graduates continued success in their careers and hope they build on the knowledge and skills gained during this journey.


تحتفل وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية بتخرج 150 متدربًا ومتدربة من مشروع شباب للمستقبل، المنفذ بواسطة وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية باتحاد الصناعات المصرية، بالشراكة مع منظمة العمل الدولية مصمع إندومي.
كانت رحلة مليئة بالتعلم والالتزام والتعاون، ونحن فخورون بكل متدرب ومتدربة على تفانيهم وثباتهم طوال فترة البرنامج.
تحت إشراف وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية، وإندومي، ومنظمة العمل الدولية، أكمل المتدربون بنجاح ثلاثة أشهر من التدريب العملي في مواقع العمل واكتسبوا خبرات عملية قيمة، بالإضافة إلى مهارات التوظيف الأساسية التي تم تقديمها خلال جلسات التدريب النظري.
نتمنى لجميع الخريجين دوام التوفيق في مسيرتهم المهنية، ونأمل أن يبنوا على ما اكتسبوه من معرفة ومهارات خلال هذه الرحلة.

The CSR Unit is thrilled to announce the successful completion of Youth for Future, an apprenticeship program implemented by the CSR Unit of the Federation of Egyptian Industries in partnership with the International Labour Organization.

The program targeted 150 Egyptian and refugee youth, including women, and equipped them with the essential knowledge and skills needed to enter and remain in the labour market. The trainings included workplace rights and obligations, occupational safety and health, communication skills, and team building, etc…, in addition to, the main apprenticeship. The program promoted inclusive and decent apprenticeship opportunities while closing the gap between employers and employees.

This collaboration between FEI, ILO, and Indomie, the apprenticeship host employer, benefited 65 women and 85 men, contributing to more inclusive and sustainable employment pathways.



يسر وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية انتهائها من تنفيذ برنامج "شباب للمستقبل"، وهو برنامج تلمذة صناعية تم تنفيذه بواسطة وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية باتحاد الصناعات المصرية بالشراكة مع منظمة العمل الدولية.

استهدف البرنامج 150 شابًا وشابة من المصريين واللاجئين، وهدف إلى تزويدهم بالمعرفة والمهارات الأساسية التي تمكنهم من دخول سوق العمل والبقاء فيه. شملت التدريبات موضوعات مثل حقوق وواجبات العامل في مكان العمل، السلامة والصحة المهنية، مهارات التواصل، والعمل الجماعي، إلخ...، بالإضافة إلى التدريب العملي داخل المصانع. سعى البرنامج إلى تعزيز فرص للتدريب شاملة ولائقة، والمساهمة في سد الفجوة بين أصحاب العمل والعمال.

جاء تنفيذ البرنامج من خلال تعاون بين اتحاد الصناعات المصرية، ومنظمة العمل الدولية، وشركة إندومي بصفتها جهة استضافة المتدربين، مما أدى إلى استفادة 65 سيدة و85 شابًا، وأسهم في خلق مسارات توظيف أكثر شمولًا واستدامة.

The CSR Unit is glad to conclude the third day of the Employability Skills Training pilot at the Federation of Egyptian Industries, held in partnership with Helwan University.
Building on the knowledge delivered in the first two days of the pilot, the third day focused on key topics that prepare students for real-world challenges, including communication skills and the future of jobs in the light of the green transitioning and AI, in addition to, a mentorship session delivered by iCareer, guiding them through their career paths.
This training continues to reflect our commitment to empowering youth and building a generation ready to step confidently into the world of work.


تسعد وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية في اتحاد الصناعات المصرية باختتام اليوم الثالث من البرنامج التجريبي لتدريب مهارات التوظيف، والذي أُقيم بالتعاون مع جامعة حلوان.
بناءً على المعرفة والمهارات التي تم تقديمها خلال اليومين الأول والثاني من البرنامج، ركّز اليوم الثالث على موضوعات أساسية تُهيئ الطلاب لمتطلبات سوق العمل الواقعية، من بينها مهارات التواصل ومستقبل الوظائف في ظل التحول الأخضر والذكاء الاصطناعي، بالإضافة إلى جلسة إرشاد مهني ممثل عن شركة ايكارير (iCareer) لمساعدتهم في رسم مسارهم المهني.
يأتي هذا التدريب في إطار التزامنا المستمر بتمكين الشباب وبناء جيل مستعد بثقة لدخول سوق العمل.

The CSR Unit is proud to host the second day of the employability skills training modules for senior-year students and fresh graduates from Helwan University at the Federation of Egyptian Industries.
The training sessions were delivered by FEI’ in-house master-trainers and focused on real-world skills needed to enter the labour market, including:
• Standing out with your presentation
• Career planning 101
• Critical and innovative thinking and decision making
This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to support youth integration into the labour market and to build a strong, future-ready workforce.

تفخر وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية باستضافة اليوم الثاني من برامج تدريب المهارات الأساسية للتوظيف لطلاب السنوات النهائية والخريجين الجدد من جامعة حلوان، وذلك بمقر اتحاد الصناعات المصرية.
وقد تم تقديم الجلسات التدريبية بواسطة المدربين المتخصصين من داخل الاتحاد، وركزت على المهارات العملية اللازمة لدخول سوق العمل، بما في ذلك:

The CSR Unit is proud to host an employability skills training day for fresh graduates from Helwan University at the Federation of Egyptian Industries.
The training sessions were delivered by expert speakers from Orange Egypt, Mars, Mobica, and Misr Insurance and focused on real-world skills young graduates need to enter the labour market, including:
• Standing out without prior experience
• Communication and networking
• CV writing using AI tools
• Interview preparation
• Growth mindset for first jobs
This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to support youth integration into the labour market and to build a strong, future-ready workforce.


تفخر وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية في اتحاد الصناعات المصرية بتنظيم يوم تدريبي حول مهارات التوظيف لخريجي جامعة حلوان الجدد.
قدّم التدريب مجموعة من الخبراء من شركات أورانج مصر ومارس وموبيكا ومصر للتأمين، وركّزت الجلسات على المهارات العملية التي يحتاجها الخريجون الجدد لدخول سوق العمل، بما في ذلك:
