On Behalf of a Client who works in Pharmaceutical Derma Products Field- we are hiring self-motivated, dynamic and innovative "Digital Manager" who will strategize digital marketing plan and develop staff capabilities to achieve marketing/business Objectives.

Role Outlines

Manage & Monitor Digital Marketing Activities include budgeted annual digital marketing plan.
Define digital marketing activities which include promotional activities, events, online campaigns.
Manage and overview the monthly calendar and monitor its ex*****on and consistency.
Plan Digital Campaigns and define main outlines.
Follow up closely customers complains.
Manage closely client’s engagement rate and loyalty rate through the regular reports submitted.
Manage team performance and analyze the regular progress reports sent in order to ensure that they are aligned to previously agreed plan.

Qualifications

10+ Years Of Experience in Digital Marketing Field - At least 3 years of them managing a team.

OKRs are an effective goal-setting and leadership tool for communicating what you want to accomplish and what milestones you’ll need to meet in order to accomplish it.

When it comes to OKRs, we recommend you do:
-Start with a few specific objectives
-Make sure that executives support your OKRs
-Use simple OKR tracking and reporting system

The OKR Formula:

OKRs are typically written with an Objective at the top and 3-5 supporting Key Results below it.

Example:

Objective : Increase revenue by 30%.
• Key Result #1: Acquire 50 new customers.

• Key Result #2: Increase marketing leads by 20 %

• Key Result #3: Increase customer retention to 85 %.
