Natural rubber latex --> Latex HA, LA, MA
Consists of 4 basic stages as follows:
- Receive natural rubber latex to produce natural rubber HA, LA, MA: Classification of latex materials to select materials that meet rubber production standards.
- Processing natural rubber latex before centrifuging: Adding latex preservative chemicals and adding chemicals to deposit heavy metal ions containing latex.
- Processing natural rubber latex after centrifugation: Add preservatives to ensure the correct concentration while maintaining the cap during storage.
- Product preservation: After centrifuging water latex reaches DRC ≥ 60%, TSC ≥ 61.5%, and MST> 650s, the finished product preservation and storage stage.
