Another incredible journey comes to an end as we conclude Round 2 of the Restaurant Business Management Program at the Executive Education - AUC Onsi Sawiris School of Business AUC Onsi Sawiris School of Business
Teaching this group has been both a privilege and a rewarding experience. What made this cohort truly special was its diversity. Our participants came from a wide range of backgrounds—including the culinary industry, architecture, dentistry, media, business, and fresh graduates exploring their future paths. Despite their different professions and experiences, they all shared one thing: a genuine passion for food and beverage entrepreneurship.
Over the past weeks, I had the pleasure of watching ideas evolve into well-thought-out restaurant concepts and business plans. Through discussions, assignments, workshops, and project development, participants gained the tools and knowledge needed to take more informed and educated steps toward building their dream businesses.
A heartfelt thank you to all the guest speakers who generously shared their journeys, challenges, lessons learned, and industry insights. Your openness and willingness to inspire the next generation of F&B entrepreneurs added tremendous value to the program and motivated participants to turn their ideas into action.
