Duties

Lead the development and implementation of BIM workflows for electrical low-voltage systems in hotels and hospitality projects.
Create and manage electrical BIM models using Revit or comparable software.
Perform clash detection and analysis to identify and resolve coordination issues.
Generate electrical shop drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Manager in the construction industry
In-depth understanding of electrical low voltage systems, including lighting, power distribution, communication systems, and security systems.
Proven experience using BIM software, preferably Revit.

Tasks
• Lead the Ex*****on of capital projects according to the scope, schedule and budget.

Rerquirments

• An advanced degree is preferred. a PMP , PgMP or equivalent certification
• You will have twenty years’ experience in project management field related to refining and petrochemical industries with a specialty in Petrochemicals. Including Seven (7) years of experience as a manager or director of projects in design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation with values ranging from $500MM to $billion.
• you must have Engineering Design & Construction phase experience with a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles in the applicable International Codes, Standards and Specifications.
• you must have a mastery understanding of international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements and up to date Best Practices.

Tasks

- Design or study mechanical modification to oil and gas processing, oil and gas handling and utilities facilities. Execute capital projects according to the work scope, schedule, and budget.
- Responsible for project development and completion: Preliminary engineering to detail designs to construction and the final and safe turnover to proponent.
- Participate in HAZOP Studies, FEED review and Detailed Engineering.
- Manage contractor preparation of detailed design drawings, material specifications and procurement, and/or construction bid packages.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program. A higher degree is preferred.
- Ideally a Professional Registered Engineer.
- PMP Certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- seven years of related experience, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry working in the engineering design and construction phase of projects.
- You must have a thorough knowledge of best engineering practices, solid industry codes and standards background (ASME, API, NACE, ASTM, ISO) and use of engineering software.
