الموظف مش Resource.
والموظف مش hr code

الموظف هو الميزة التنافسية الحقيقية لأي شركة.

زمان كان دور HR واضح:
توظيف، لوائح، بيرول.

لكن الشركات الذكية بدأت تفهم إن ده مش كفاية.

لأن الحقيقة بسيطة جدا:

لو تجربة الموظف سيئة
الموظف هيشتغل بنص طاقته
وهيترك الشركة في أول فرصة.

علشان كده الشركات العالمية بدأت تتحول من إدارة الموظفين
إلى تصميم تجربة الموظف People Experience.

شركات زي Microsoft غيرت ثقافتها بالكامل
من ثقافة المنافسة الداخلية
