Job Title: Sales Executive
📍 Location: Garden City, Cairo

Job Description
OEC is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales across our full range of services, with a strong focus on calling clients, following up on leads, and closing deals.
This position also includes visiting events, data collection, and market development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily calls to potential and existing clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into opportunities
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Sell OEC services to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct client needs assessments and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations and service demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Track activities and update CRM with accurate data
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Build a strong network and business connections
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Experience working with Odoo or similar ERP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 2–4 years of experience in sales
- Strong experience in client calling and follow-ups
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle (prospecting → negotiation → closing)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
- Results-driven with strong closing skills
- Willingness to travel when required
- Passionate and self-motivated
