Sales and Marketing executive - Job Opportunity
A leading International Company needs to hire Junior Business Marketing Researcher as follows:
Responsibilities :
 Conduct market intelligence gathering and analysis through visits, meetings, and media sources.
 Identify and develop new business opportunities in relevant sectors.
 Support ongoing business through engagement with local partners, suppliers, and customers.
 Prepare relevant reports and meeting summaries in a timely manner.
 Maintain active relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and government authorities, in alignment with business strategy.
 Perform other related tasks as required.
 Representing the company in the Egyptian market, this role involves maintaining and developing company’s market presence and identifying potential new business opportunities.
 Industrial materials trading (mainly importing), and new business development, including startups, infrastructure, and mobility sectors.
Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelor’s Degree
o Work Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
o Market knowledge of industrial materials, infrastructure, and mobility
o Familiarity with trading terms (import, payment, Incoterms, etc.)
o Resident in Cairo or Giza
o Fulfilled or exempted from military service
o Fluent in English and Arabic
o Proficiency in MS Office
o Problem-solving skills

A leading International Company needs to hire a Junior Secretary as follows:
Responsibilities :
 Provide administrative support to the Administration Department.
 Assists the Deputy Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling routine administrative duties, preparing documentation, supporting payment and expense settlements.
 Handle correspondence, filing (digital/physical), scheduling, and document preparation.
 Manage office supplies, coordinating approvals.
 Updating and monitoring contracts renewal dates
 Translate and upload invoices to the company system.
 File all related documents for reference and audit.
 Maintain employee records and leave tracking.
 Support HR in relevant processes (such as training, seminars etc).
 Respond to employee inquiries regarding general HR matters.
Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or a related field)
o Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or related role
o Gender: Male or Female
o Fluency in both Arabic and English
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
o High attention to detail and confidentiality
o Knowledge of basic accounting/expense settlement procedures (preferred)
