المدير التنفيذي لـ«إدراك وطن مصر»: الاتزان الاستراتيجي الأفريقي ضرورة لتعزيز التنمية والأمن الاقتصادي

أكد سيد حسني عمارة، المدير التنفيذي لـ«إدراك وطن مصر»، أن التحديات الإقليمية والدولية الراهنة تدفع نحو ضرورة تعزيز التكاتف الأفريقي المشترك، من خلال إطلاق وتفعيل عدد من المبادرات الهادفة إلى إيجاد حلول فعالة ومبتكرة تسهم في تجاوز صعوبة الظروف الحالية، بما يدعم مسارات التنمية والاستقرار داخل القارة الأفريقية.
وأوضح عمارة أن المرحلة الحالية تتطلب المضي قدمًا نحو تنفيذ آليات عملية ذات أهداف طموحة، قادرة على تحقيق تطلعات الشعوب الأفريقية في الأطر التنموية والاقتصادية والأمنية، مشددًا على أهمية بناء شراكات استراتيجية بين الدول الأفريقية تقوم على التكامل وتبادل المصالح المشتركة.
وأضاف أن التوجه الاستراتيجي نحو الإسراع في تفعيل شبكة الموانئ الجافة والمناطق اللوجستية يمثل أحد المحاور الرئيسية لتعزيز التجارة البينية الأفريقية، ودعم سلاسل التوريد، وزيادة حجم الصادرات المصرية إلى الأسواق الأفريقية، بما يسهم في تحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي داخل القارة.
وأشار المدير التنفيذي لـ«إدراك وطن مصر» إلى أن تحقيق هدف تعميق الصناعة الأفريقية يتطلب تبني رؤية موحدة تحت شعار «صنع في أفريقيا»، بما يعزز من القدرات الإنتاجية والصناعية للدول الأفريقية، ويدعم تنافسية المنتجات الأفريقية عالميًا.
كما شدد عمارة على أهمية وضع أجندة أفريقية موحدة لتشجيع الاستثمارات العابرة للحدود، مؤكدًا أن ذلك يستلزم مزيدًا من تبادل المعلومات، وفهم احتياجات كل دولة، والعمل على تهيئة بيئة استثمارية أكثر جذبًا ومرونة.
وفي السياق ذاته، أوضح أن الرقمنة وتطوير قدرات وكالات الاستثمار داخل القارة تمثلان عنصرين أساسيين في جذب الاستثمارات البينية، ودعم التحول الاقتصادي، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في أفريقيا.

Sayed Hosny Amara, Executive Director of “Edrak Watan Misr,” affirmed that current regional and international challenges necessitate strengthening joint African solidarity through launching and activating several initiatives aimed at finding effective and innovative solutions to overcome the current difficulties, thereby supporting development and stability within the African continent.
Amara explained that the current phase requires moving forward with the implementation of practical mechanisms with ambitious goals, capable of fulfilling the aspirations of African peoples in developmental, economic, and security frameworks. He emphasized the importance of building strategic partnerships between African countries based on integration and the exchange of common interests.
He added that the strategic focus on accelerating the activation of the network of dry ports and logistics zones represents one of the main pillars for enhancing intra-African trade, supporting supply chains, and increasing the volume of Egyptian exports to African markets, thus contributing to achieving economic integration within the continent.
The CEO of “Edrak Watan Egypt” pointed out that achieving the goal of deepening African industry requires adopting a unified vision under the slogan “Made in Africa,” which would enhance the productive and industrial capacities of African countries and support the global competitiveness of African products.
Amara also stressed the importance of developing a unified African agenda to encourage cross-border investments, emphasizing that this necessitates increased information exchange, understanding the needs of each country, and working to create a more attractive and flexible investment environment.
In the same context, he explained that digitalization and developing the capabilities of investment agencies within the continent are two essential elements in attracting intra-African investments, supporting economic transformation, and achieving sustainable development in Africa.
