IT Sales Manager Vacancy Available in IT Technical Solution Growing Company Located in Cairo
Job Duties:
• Determines Quarter and annual unit and gross-profit plans.
• Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Generate business leads.
• Implements national IT sales programs.
• IT Sales forecasting and expecting volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Establishes IT sales objectives.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
• Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes and then documenting them.
• Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
• Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently.
• Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
• Writing proposals, reports and supporting literature.
• Managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
• Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications:
5 years experience in IT Solutions Sales, Technical Background, Meets Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, and Staffing.
