💡Cairo Center for Development Benchmarking (CDB) is looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of development projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes in alignment with CDB’s strategic objectives.
📑👉🏻Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all outcomes.
•Build and sustain strong collaboration with local and international teams, technical experts, and key stakeholders.
•Develop, update, and monitor work plans, operational manuals, procurement schedules, and short-term expert deployments.
•Lead the preparation and implementation of operational frameworks and ensure compliance with donor and organizational standards.
•Track progress against milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
•Supervise and facilitate training and capacity-building activities for project partners and stakeholders.
•Manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring high performance and timely delivery.
•Prepare progress reports and documentation in accordance with EU and CDB standards.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
📑👉🏻Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field
•At least 3 years of experience in managing donor-funded development projects, preferably including EU-funded programs.
•Excellent understanding of project management methodologies.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey information clearly to diverse audiences
•Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is required
•Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities under pressure, Attention to details.
