The legacy of cash continues to dominate markets which are seeking to digitize their traditional cash infrastructures, and regulation often struggles to keep up with innovation. Being unable to move past pilot schemes, roll solutions out or comply with regulations sees many innovative

solutions fail to reach critical mass. Our devices connect, entertain, inform and inspire us. Egypt mobile pe*******on levels are above 100%. And Smartphone pe*******on is rapidly approaching those numbers too! Cashless Forum will also review the phenomena of parallel economy as well as the government’s program of regulatory reform, as the country seeks to compete for investment – locally and internationally - and will highlight how increased diversification and investment into ICT-driven channels are at the center of the agenda of transformation and continued growth. This year the conference hopes to address what the issues currently are, what is holding digital payments and mobile commerce back and who will be at the forefront of this industry when the explosion of use takes place.
