Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
* Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
* Coordinate with the Marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
* Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
* At least 2 years in a Sales Manager position.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
* Preferred residents of Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October.

We’re looking for a Media Buyer to join our growing team and help us create high-performing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.
✅ Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS).
✅ Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
✅ Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
