Through the past years of activities, Megacom has successfully fulfilled numerous assignments for companies and organizations of different sizes and in different industries. It has conducted more than 350 consultation projects utilizing 200 Egyptian consultants of top calibre in addition to 70 of the best-experienced European consultants.

Megacom implemented project in the various fields: Management, Marketing, HR, Production Management, Process Re-Engineering and Development studies and projects to the public sector and SMEs funded by EU, IMC, UNDP, USAID, CIDA, IFC and World Bank.

The accounting system of Egyptian Government is considered one of the most complicated systems in the world, with all its validations and controls. As Microsoft partner, and combining the IT capabilities of Megacom personnel, with the profound knowledge that Megacom gained from working with different governmental entities, Megacom has developed an integrated system that is dedicated for Egyptian Governmental Resources Planning (EGRP) and Management. EGRP is developed on the MS Dynamics AX environment. The System cover four modules: Budget, Procurement, Inventory and Accounting.
