1) Admin Assistant: Handles office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

2) Call Center Executive: Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information. ... Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

3) Receptionist: Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Years of experience: One to two (1-2) years
4) Customer Care Executive: Interacts with clients to answer any inquiries regarding CED's projects.
Years of experience: One to two (1-2) years
- Language: Professional working proficiency of Arabic and English.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
