Job Description
=============
- Supervise on the settlement and analyze of cash imprest for employees and conduct the confirmations with employees to following cash imprest balances in a regular basis and make sure to apply accounting standards in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Supervise on registration / inventory of fixed assets for the company on a regular basis and make sure there is code on the fixed asset and reviewing the related reports and sending them to the direct manager.
- Supervise on foreign suppliers shipments pricing and verify the validity the data and reviewing and analyzing their own reports.
- Follow-up foreign correspondence with banks and foreign suppliers and responding to inquiries and solve their problems.
- Supervise and follow-up the monthly audit of the cost to transport products in the company and prepare the related reports and providing to the direct manager.
- Review business extracts for fixed assets projects and comparing the terms of the contract in order to settle the dues of contractors and recording cost of the project and prepare the related reports and providing to the direct manager.
- Open new accounts for new suppliers and preparation of the new codes for the new vendor and new fixed asset.
- Follow-up shipments accounts and customs brokers and foreign suppliers and in coordination with supply chain department and ensure save shipments and document files and limitations of foreign suppliers of their own files.
- Conduct the confirmations with customs and foreign suppliers and sisters companies to follow up their accounts on a regular basis or based on the customer request.
- Ensure to apply of the company's policies and procedures for Shipments processes and record keeping for shipments of bank transactions and foreign suppliers and the customs brokers and reviewing own reports.
- Participate in a regular Stock take operations for the company.

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting English Section
- 6 - 9 Years experience
- V. Good in written & spoken English
- V. Good Computer Skills - Microsoft Office
